Are you a factory or trading company?
We are professional factory in China , and we have been in this field for more than 30 years.
What is your payment terms?
We support TT, TD , TP, L/C , Western Union , Paypal . For TT , we usually accept 30% deposit in advance , 70% balance pay before deliver or pay against B/L.
How long is your delivery time?
Normally 15-30 days after receiving deposit. For product we have stock , we can deliver in 7-10 days.
What trading terms you support?
EXW , FOB , DAP.
Can I get samples first?
Yes , we offer free samples ,but freight cost on your side. Normally , the freight cost will be refund when you confirm the final order.
How many years the products guarantee?
1.For PPR pipe and fittings ,minimum 50 years.
2.For brass valves, 5 years.
How you guarantee the quality?
We using exported brand new material , and our machine is from Germany , and we have professional quality inspection team who inspection 24 hours in our workshop.
It’s my first time to do international business , how can I get the goods?
We can send the goods to your door , you just need give us your address and pay the freight cost.
What certification do you have?
CE ,ISO , WRAS ,DVGW ,Standard Mark, EAC ,etc.
Can I do my own brand?
Yes , we support OEM . Just send us your Brand design and the request.
I want to do my own color ,how to do?
Send us a sample or offer the color code.
I not satisfied with your product design , can i point the design?
We have professional technology department and mold design team . You can send us a sample or the design drawing of your goods . We can make a new mold for you.
I want to do my own package design .
We have different package , package with our own brand and package without any brand . If you quantity not too large , you can try no brand package with your brand sticker.
Do you have promotions gifts for advertise.
Yes, we have caps , t-shits , coffee cup, pen ,notebook, posters , brand shelf, etc. All these free gifts to our clients.
What is your MOQ request?
For product in stock , MOQ only 1 carton.
Your price is high, why?
Price depend on quality. We have different quality choice for same products , you can chose the one suit you .
Why you price so cheap , is the quality very bad?
Our quality very good , we use best material and Producing with Germany technology. Because we are factory , so we give the better price than others.
Can you tell me your other clients address ?
Sorry , we need protect our clients message ,so can not share the information to you . If you want samples , we can offer you free samples.
Can i get discount?
Sure . Discount depends on your order quantity . Larger order , more discount.
Where is your factory ?
Our factory is located in Zhuji City ,Zhejiang province in China. Near to Ningbo Port ,Shanghai Port and Yiwu market.
Can you deliver goods freely to my Chinese agent.
If your agent is near to us , like they are in Yiwu city , we can deliver freely for you . But if they are far from us , we need charge some.
Can I send other goods to your factory to full the container?
Yes. If you order from us and need loading in our factory , you can send other goods to us ,we will arrange discharge and loading .
Can you offer CO?
We can offer CO , FE, FEA ,FCA, BESC , CATTI , etc. As your request.
I want to be your brand agent , what’s the condition?
If your country not have IFAN agent at present, you can be our agent. The condition is negotiable, usually it is a requirement for a year's sales and we will offer advertising material, promotional materials, help you design store decoration, and designated marketing plan.
Will you give me a commission?
As you know , we are factory business , we already give you the best price . So no commission . We can offer you some gifts or free samples to help your business better and you can make more profit.
I pay now , can you deliver tomorrow?
We have stocks for some products, but please give us at least 2-3 days , we need time to check goods , packing and prepare shipping marks to insure the deliver no problem. So if you are in hurry , please make payment early.
Do you support OA?
It’s a pity , we not support OA at present. If your capital is nervous , let’s pay against BL. So we can shipping first , you have more time to prepare the payment.
Do you have condition on pay against BL?
Just two conditions : 1. The shipper on BL must be our company name. 2. We need MBL ,no HBL.
Can I order small quantity first ?
For PPR and some brass fittings, we accept half cartons for your first trial order .
What material you use?
PPR we use Korea Hyosung and Borouge , PE and PEX material we use LG , and brass we use HPB58-3 and CW617N , which meets Europe Standard.
